Quiet holiday home near Cala SaNau with pool and garden for 6 people

Located between Porto Colom and Cala D'Or, the country house Can Sanau is just 1 km from the beautiful sandy beach of Cala Sa Nau and close to the Vall D'Or golf course. It is an ideal base for the peace-seeking vacationer who wants to reach the beach and resort quickly and easily.

First floor:
The first floor remains closed for bookings of 6 people.

Second floor:
There are three bedrooms here, each with its own en suite bathroom, one of which has a whirlpool, one bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and two with two single beds each (90 cm x 190 cm), an additional guest WC, a living room with TV, as well as a spacious kitchen with dining room and open fireplace. The large, covered terrace offers a wonderful sea view. The ground floor and first floor are connected by an external staircase.

Outdoor area:
In the garden with lots of lawn there is a beautiful pool with spacious terraces, garden furniture and sun loungers. A barbecue area with covered terrace as well as an outdoor WC and shower also belong to the house.
The finca can also be booked for 10 people .

Pool:
4.5 m x 9.5 m, depth: 120 x 180 cm, stair access and ladder. Sun loungers, parasols and pool towels. The pool contains natural salt water and is usually cleaned without any chlorine (except in very hot weather).

Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on the day of arrival. The minimum stay is 7 nights. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.

Additional costs:
Please note that the price of this house is person-dependent. Additional costs may apply when booking additional persons. The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site. Cleaning:
Incl. final cleaning, intermediate cleaning incl. for stays of 10 days or more. Additional cleaning on request (100€). The service is to be paid in cash on site.
