The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary cookware, bakeware, and grilling supplies to cook great family dinners and make lasting memories.

Bedroom one is a beach themed room with rustic full size dresser, queen size bed, closet, Flat Screen TV, with a built in work desk and chair and newly laminated floors. Sleeps 2.

Bathroom one has a newly retiled full shower with a bathtub, toilet and sink.

Bedroom two also is a beach themed room with a rustic full size dresser, a queen size bed, closet, flat screen tv and a patio door out to the terrace. Sleeps 2.

Bathroom 2 has a toilet and a sink, and outside has an outdoor shower. So this makes it a 2 bathroom with 2 showers.

The deck has a gas grill for evening barbeques, plus an outdoor eating area polywood table and 4 chairs, 2 Adirondack Chairs with a table in front for viewing the stunning sunsets. The decking was just replaced with composite decking. The railings were just freshly painted white.
