Each bedroom contains a flat screen smart tv that’s ready for streaming or video game hookup, and the home is conveniently connected with high speed fiber optic cable internet to keep up with all of your entertainment and work needs. The living room provides a Queen sleeper sofa, for extra space to spread out. Lounge in one of our three covered screened in porches and prepare your favorite meals outside in the fresh salt air with our supplied gas grill! Enjoy the many local dining options in Port St. Joe, Apalachicola, and St. George Island!

When you’re ready for time on our sugar white sandy beaches the Forgotten Coast is so popular for then a short 6 minute walk is all that’s necessary. Whether you’re going to the beach from Ohana Bay or wanting to get there from Village Center, The View on St Joe Bay restaurant, Bruno's Pizza, and the Mill Mercantile and Social! You have many options with eleven different beach boardwalks within the community. Windmark Beach is also popular for its calm and shallow waters making it pleasant for all to enjoy whether you’re swimming, kayaking, or paddle boarding! Keep your eyes on the water because you’re almost assured to see dolphins at play just offshore! Wanting to take a splash and relax by the community pool or private pool? The large Village Center Pool offers a zero entry walk in shallow end and green area with playgrounds for the whole family to enjoy! It is currently heated for the Winter season! (Community Pool Heat Is Not Guaranteed)

Windmark Beach features a Beach Walk with 3.5 miles of path running alongside the ocean! “Fit” located just a short distance away in Village Center offers day passes for guests as well as Yoga classes. The walk to the beach is extremely simple. Relax in quiet seclusion from the moment you walk into Ohana Bay inside of Windmark Beach, Florida! This home is on Eastern time zone. Sorry, but this home does not accept pets at this time.

No pets allowed. No events over the occupancy of the house are allowed or that require a chaperon, and we strictly adhere to a minimum age limit for renters.

Seasonal Tips:
*Follow the fb group "Area Info | Windmark Beach, Mexico Beach, Port St Joe" for updated restaurant times, etc.
*Check Restuarant times as they adjust to busier or slower times
*Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long
*Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep watch on this.
