There are 3 guest bedrooms, with the first bedroom featuring a king bed and a private bathroom. The final 2 bedrooms both have queen beds. This level also has a laundry room for easily refreshing swimsuits and beach towels.

*This home is pet-friendly for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $200, plus tax, and contingent on owner approval for any pet over 40 lbs.

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

*Per the HOA, this home does not allow boat parking in the neighborhood, but jetskis can be stored in the garage as long as they fit. If you need to store a boat on your vacation it is recommended that you call StoragePup, Bayou RV and Storage, and/or Boat Yard Storage to make arrangements prior to your arrival.
