We had a wonderful time staying at this house. It had everything we were looking for - close proximity to the beach, ocean views, private pool, big kitchen/open living area, comfy beds, and a golf cart. We look forward to coming back!

The Way Florida Should Be!

We were looking for a location that has not been overwhelmed with high rise condos. We found it at WindMark Beach!This property was perfect for our 3 generation group. Lovely spacious house, perfect location, private pool & a golf cart. We especially enjoyed riding the golf cart to the town center for after dinner ice cream & to play corn hole. Short drive to great restaurants. We all agreed that this was our favorite family vacation that we have ever taken!

My family and I enjoyed the property immensely! The bedrooms were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The common spaces were perfect for our family to gather and eat or play games. The children had a great time in the pool and outdoor volleyball area. The beach was a short walk away where we fished, snorkeled, and watched spectacular sunsets.

We are picky people. We have never once been completely satisfied with anywhere we’ve stayed. Not
leave a bad review dissatisfied just probably not staying there again dissatisfied. And we haven’t, we go somewhere new every single year. Last year we stayed in Mexico Beach but spent most of our time in Port St Joe because it’s so charming. We rode around and looked at potential rentals for the following year (this year) and found this place. We loved the neighborhood and the look of the place from the outside so we booked it. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE WE’VE EVER STAYED WHERE EVERYONE LOVED IT, ITS ALSO THE ONLY PLACE THAT IS BETTER THAN IT LOOKS ONLINE (and it looks amazing online). We loved it so much we booked it again for the same week next year before we even left. That’s as good a review of this place as I can give and as high a praise as it gets from my very picky family.

We had 4 couples staying here for the week that have been friends for 40 years. This house was perfectly suited for our group with plenty of space inside and outside to enjoy each other's company. The house was well stocked, comfortable beds, and in a great location too. We would definitely come back to stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay!

My family of four had never been to this area before and randomly selected it as a trip over spring break. The house was clean and in a quiet location not too far from the main town. Pictures were accurate and the management company was great with their communication. I’d highly recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet getaway. The house was clean and comfortable and I loved the credit given for beach chairs, etc as I rented the kids boogie boards which they loved!

A merry Christmas.

We stayed during the holidays. The heated pool was amazing. We spent a lot of time in there. We loved sitting on the porch swing in the mornings with our coffee. We also loved that it was pet friendly. We are hoping to return Christmas of 2025.

Stunning Stay

This was stunning! From the space to accommodate 8 of us, to the pool, to the most comfortable beds
this house was perfect! We appreciated the owner allowing pet friendly rentals. Well stocked with everything we needed. The pool, volleyball net, corn hole and golf cart were an added bonus. Dinner on Main Street and band at the Mill were so much fun! This was a great vacation for our family and friends!

Simply amazing

The home was absolutely beautiful. Could not have been happier with the ample space indoors and out. The beds were comfortable, the pool was refreshing and the golf art was an added bonus. Perfect for 4 couples.
