The place was clean , nice and had plenty of room. The only issue I had with it is while turning my boat around I found a big bolt in the parking lot and ruined a new pirelli tire on my truck.

It was a very nice rental, close beach access. There were a few things that could have been better, the door knob was hanging off the master bedroom. The sliding door to go out to the patio wasn’t even bolted in, otherwise the rental was great.

Mothers Day Trip

Awesome trip with my daughter and granddaughter and her other grandmother. We only had one day of sun on the beach but we filled the rest of the trip with trips to nearby cities and lots of movies and games. Wonderful time and the townhome was perfect and met all of our needs. Loved the screened in porches.

Great fall break spot

The location was perfect- nice and quiet with a short walk to the beach. The beach wasn't crowded at all- we had plenty of space. The house had everything we needed and the communication with the property manager was quick and easy. I would stay here again. The only thing might be that the bedrooms are upstairs which wasn't a problem for us at all.

Quick Escape

Excellent property, we have been coming to Cape San Blas for about twenty five years for family spring break. Twenty five years ago we should have purchased a property, as our weekly rental costs are 10 to 15 times the cost for similar properties. A place that I looked at buying for 350K in 1999 is now available for 1.4 million.

We stayed at the property a year ago and decided to stay again this year. Everything was as advertised and we enjoyed the stay. We had no issues. The location is great. Quick walk to the beach. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Communication with the property manager was excellent.

Beautiful Forgotten Coast Townhome!

We LOVED staying at this unit! It’s tucked back into a small, secluded area and there is zero traffic noise. At night you can hear the cicadas and crickets chirping and waves crashing if you’re quiet. The unit is absolutely beautiful and maybe 50 steps from the boardwalk down to the beach. You can also see glimpses of the water from both balconies. Will definitely stay again!!

We enjoyed the location, ease to get to the beach and the townhome was a great layout for our families. Our one complaint is the mattresses were absolutely horrible in all 3 rooms. They are way past due to be replaced.

Nice property. Could not find the golf cart that was written about as way to get around & from overflow parking. A call, where they didn’t know what I was talking about. I sent them a screenshot. They said it didn’t exist and was a mistake. Overall a nice place. Appreciated the individual covered parking garage right under the condo and all the amenities. Although we didn’t use it all, there were bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and even a cart. Nice furnishings, but bed matresses need upgrades. The screened porches on both levels were nice—especially the framed floor hammock was nice on a rainy day. Personally, we did not care for the master bath with 2 openings and no doors. Especially the opening right by the bed. The early riser spouse turns on lights and starts the shower and no way to block the light and sound from the sleeping spouse. Not a fan of this open concept. A nice spacious bathroom, though.
