Summary:
Spectacular house with lake view in the warmest area of Avándaro, just 3 minutes from downtown Avándaro and 6 minutes from the town. It has 4 beautiful bedrooms plus a cozy and well-appointed 5th service room, as well as a spacious garden with a spectacular view of Valle lake, a large terrace with jacuzzi, outdoor sitting area, and a round table for 12 people. It includes two service personnel. It is part of a complex of 4 houses with a paddle tennis court and a shared pool.

The Space:
Beautiful house where guests can spend an excellent weekend or vacation enjoying a great lake view, jacuzzi, pool, garden, paddle tennis court, and an extraordinary media room for watching movies with a Home Theater Surround System (both indoor and outdoor). The kitchen is fully equipped and leads to the terrace.

Guest Access:
Guests have private and exclusive access to the entire property, as well as shared access to the pool and paddle tennis court. The cost of heating the shared pool is an additional charge. We do not provide paddles or balls to play paddle tennis. We will send you the exact location by Maps 2 days in advance. We recommend following it and contacting the responsible person for check-in 30 minutes before your arrival.

Excellent location, just 3 minutes from downtown Avándaro and 6 minutes from the town.

Getting Around:
By car, bicycle, or on foot.

The house has a separate entrance to the complex and a shared garage with an independent apartment.
