Welcome to our cozy home just minutes from Old Town! In the quiet community of Villa San Marcos, you get a relaxing retreat but also all the fun and adventure of what Scottsdale has to offer. A spacious layout, double sinks, glass showers, and a kitchen with all you need will make for a perfect getaway. You will be within minutes of Old Town Scottsdale to explore all the shops and restaurants, and also have access to the sauna, hot tub, and heated pool in the community!

The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances and all the items you may need for a night in during your stay, including a Keurig with K-pods for your use. Fry's grocery store is just a short walk away if you find you need anything else! The table seats up to 8 along with seating at the kitchen counter.

The master bedroom has a King bed, a walk in closet, and an attached bath with a glass shower and separate tub. It also provides access to enclosed patio area. The second bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, and its own bathroom just a few steps away. Both bedrooms have a TV and additional bedding if you need!

The living area provides seating for 6, and also has access to the patio where you can find additional seating and the grill.

The community area is just short walk away and is where you can find the heated pool, hot tub and sauna. There is also an indoor space with a pool table and ping pong table.

There is a big, beautiful, grassy area behind the community as well called the green belt. This is a great area for morning walks, running, or even biking!

We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, and some cleaning supplies.

You have full access to the home and the garage, outside of the locked storage. You also have access to the shared community space.
