The kitchen also includes high bar stools at the counter and a separate area with a sofa and laundry facilities. The combined living/dining space showcases a vast L-shaped lounge and a large smart TV, creating the perfect setting for relaxation after a hectic day. Additionally, a formal dining table for six and a balcony with chairs provide impressive views of the community and Marina in the background. The bedrooms are furnished with spacious Queen beds dressed in Key Views' signature linen, known for its cozy and soft feel, along with ample wardrobe space. The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.
House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).
A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
The refundable security deposit is 2,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)
The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
