The Space:
This designer 2-bedroom luxury apartment is situated in the Jumeirah Beach Residence complex. The property is next to the white sandy beach, with restaurants and cafes at your doorsteps. The building** amenities feature outdoor swimming pools with lifeguards, 24-hour security service and free allocated underground parking. All guests have access to JBR pools, JBR gym, and the public JBR beach is a short stroll away.

Our uniquely designed luxury apartments feature 2 full bedrooms offering 2 and half (½) bathrooms. One allocated parking spot in the underground garage is included in the rent (we will inform you about the specific parking slots in advance).

• Standard Check-In time is 3 PM (15:00 HRS) and Check-Out time is 11 AM (11:00 HRS)
• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are subject to availability and may require additional payment

CLEANING
• Cleaning Fee applies to the post Check-Out cleaning only
• Guest staying 7 nights and longer will get a complimentary cleaning once a week with 24hrs advanced request
• Extra cleaning with linens and towels change is available at additional charge with 24hrs advanced request
