Upon arrival, guests will enter into the foyer! This space has two small benches. To the left of the front door is the first of the four bedrooms. This bedroom is considered the downstairs master and features a queen size bed, desk and desk chair, large wall mounted TV, one end table, large window providing natural light, and access to the ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a standing shower, vanity, mirror, and toilet.

Moving right along past the stairs by the main entrance is the kitchen. The kitchen features full-size stainless steel appliances, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, wall mounted microwave, dishwasher, plentiful cabinet space for storage, kitchen sink, beautiful island with bar seating to accommodate 4 guests, and so much more. Cooking a meal or snack will not be a problem. For guests who prefer to dine out, Little River offers hundreds of dining options, many of which are within a short walk or drive from Bay Tree. Many restaurants in the area offer delivery, but if not, guests can rely on food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash.

To the right of the kitchen is the dining area and main living area! The main living area is by far the most relaxing part of the apartment and features a couch, love seat, coffee table, side tables, fire place, large flatscreen TV, game center, and access to the outdoor patio area! The dining area features a table that can accommodate up to 6 guests!

Making your way upstairs, guests will find the open laundry area with a washer and dryer at the top of the stairs! Guests will love the convenience of being able to do their laundry inside the apartment! Upstairs will be the remaining 3 bedrooms. There layouts are as follows.

Straight past the laundry area is the jack and jill bathroom connecting the two guest bedrooms. This bathroom features a tub/shower combo, vanity, mirror, standing storage, and toilet.

Guest bedroom one features a bunk bed with a queen on bottom and twin on top, nightstand, window for natural light, ceiling fan, and access to the jack and jill bathroom.

Guest bedroom two features a queen size canopy bed, night stand, ceiling fan, window for natural light, and access to the jack and jill bathroom.

Just down the hall is the upstairs master. This room features a king size bed, night stands, cubby storage, large wall mounted TV, window for natural light, and access to the ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a standing shower with sliding glass doors, vanity, mirror, and toilet.

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.

Bay Tree is conveniently positioned near fine dining, multiple golf courses, shopping and in close proximity to the beach! Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! This condo is also located less than a mile away from the McLeod Seacoast Hospital.
