We, as a family, have rented various properties using several different rental agencies in the Myrtle Beach area for many years. I wanted to make a point to place this review to give praise to North Beach Realty and to the condo that we rented. In over 25 years of renting, North Beach Realty is hands-down the most friendly, helpful and overall pleasant experience that we've had from (even before) the check-in through the check-out process. I dealt with a Mrs. Vidmar when setting up the rental and she was key in helping us find the unit that suits our family best. Prior to this stay, I’ve never been able to find someone as helpful and friendly as her with other companies (first time we’ve used North Beach Realty). The individuals at the front desk talk, smile, are happy to answer questions, and are just pleasant and helpful in general. I believe these are relatively easy customer relations interactions that are seemingly unfortunately hard to come by these days. It makes a huge difference. It is also important to note that the property itself was the best we've ever stayed in. It was clean, very well kept and everything worked. I don't plan on using any other rental company moving forward.
