Palms Place Condominium Hotel and Spa at the Palms, Las Vegas Rules and Regulations (“Rules and Regulations”).
- As stated therein, Residential Unit Owners and Guests of a Residential Unit Owner are prohibited at all times from engaging in the following activities on the balconies:
• Sitting or leaning heavily against any balcony railing.
• Cooking, throwing objects, hanging clothing or towels, and the placement of signs of any sort other than as specifically permitted by NRS 116B or other applicable law.
• Placement of furniture, for sale signs, umbrellas, satellite dishes, shades, awnings, plants, equipment, materials, or bicycles.
• Engaging in obnoxious or offensive behavior, including but not limited to excessive noise.
• Leaving the sliding glass door to the balcony adjacent to each Residential Unit open or unlocked when not in use.
• Leaving children unsupervised or allowing the child’s activities to disturb other Residential Unit Owners or Guests.
- I hereby request that access to the balcony adjacent to my Residential Unit be re-established. In doing so, I hereby affirm and acknowledge the Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to those that relate to the balconies. ______ Initial
- Moreover, I hereby affirm and acknowledge my obligation to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Hotel Unit Owner, and its respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against, and properly reimburse it for, any and all liability, loss, cost, damages, expense or deficiency resulting from, arising out of, or in connection with my negligent actions and those of my Guests, including but not limited to transient renters. _______Initial
- I hereby agree that I am strictly liable for and obligated to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Hotel Unit Owner for any and all liability arising out of my or my Guest’s use of the balconies, including but not limited to transient renters. _______Initial
- Moreover, I acknowledge that throwing, dropping, or otherwise causing the release of any object from a balcony may constitute a criminal offense in violation of Nevada Revised Statute sections 200.471, 200.481, 202.470 and 202.595, and that such action may constitute a felony which could result in a five (5) year prison sentence and/or fine up to $10,000. _______Initial
- I acknowledge that I have been advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage related to my and my Guests’, including but not limited to transient renters’, use of the balcony. _______Initial

- Daily housekeeping and extra towels/linens are not provided. Please contact us if you need daily housekeeping and extra towels/linens, so we can arrange this for an additional charge.
- In adherence to our Covid Era protocols, we do not offer any utensils. You're welcome to bring your own or purchase them at Walgreen's next door and either take them with you or dispose of them accordingly.
- Upon checking in with the front desk, at least one guest needs to be over the age of 21 to check in. Also, the front desk will require photo ID and a credit card for a security deposit.
- Upon checking in at Palms Place front desk, a credit card or debit card $100 refundable deposit is required for any hotel or room charges. The name on your driver's license must match the name of the Vrbo booking site to check in with the front desk. If someone else is planning to check in instead of you, I will need their full name, so we could add them as an additional guest. They will also be required to have a credit card for the $100 refundable deposit.
