This retreat is every outdoor enthusiast's dream come true - you will be located within a mile of the renowned Winter Park Resort and close to many entertaining attractions, including Coca-Cola Tubing Hill At Winter Park, Fraser Tubing Hill, Fraser Valley Sports Complex, Grand Adventure Balloon Tours Year-Round, Colorado Adventure Park, River-Ridge Trail, Loveland Ski Area, and Arapahoe Basin Ski Area. Experienced winter athletes can ski right from the house to the base of Winter Park Resort (three-quarters of a mile south). Come summer, you'll be just a few blocks from the Fraser River Trail for great hiking and biking and three-quarters of a mile from the Trestle Bike Park. The west entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is only 35 miles north as well.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
