The main-level master bedroom includes a king bed, 45” wall-mounted TV, and en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower.

Nearby, the guest suite has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted soaking tub.

Upstairs, the third bedroom features a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom is appointed with both a full-size bed and twin bed. An adjacent bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

On the entry-level, the fifth bedroom offers a pair of twin-over-twin bunk beds, a full-size bed, and a 45” flat-screen TV.

Mountain views and a hot tub await on your private balcony! This outdoor space also has a glass-top dining table — the perfect spot for a leisurely breakfast before hitting the slopes.

THE LOCATION

Drive just 0.8 miles to the epic Winter Park Resort. Carve up the powder on over 3,000 acres of terrain, hit the trails at Trestle Bike Park, and enjoy Winter Park’s diverse dining scene. The resort also has a host of activities to enjoy in the warmer months, including a climbing wall, putting course, and Colorado's longest alpine slide.

Step back in time to an era of stagecoach travel at Cozens Ranch Museum (4 miles), then spend an evening bowling or watching a movie at The Foundry (3.4 miles).

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
