Nestled right alongside the ocean's turquoise waves, this lovely duplex boasts dock access and a kayak, making your time spent on the water effortless. Pair your time under the sunshine, preparing delicious dishes on the gas grill and dining alfresco on the covered patio.

Bright and open, the interior of The Fisherman's Cottage has all of the comforts of a home. Prepare your favorite dishes with the help of the stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the well-equipped kitchen. Or catch up on your favorite TV show while stretching out on the living room sofa.

Cooled by central air-conditioning and ceiling fans, the inviting bedrooms come adorned with soft linens and nautical mementos. A private washer/dryer, board games, and internet access round out the stellar interior amenities.

Outside, hop on the provided bikes and head for downtown Key Colony Beach! Key Colony Beach Golf, Sunset Park, Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters, and Sombrero Beach are all less than seven miles away.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
