Beautiful Tiny Home on Lovely Horse Farm!! Nature views and seasonal gardens!

"The Lodge" is perfect for a romantic getaway, a sight-seeing trip, horse show lodging, or just passing through! This new 350 square foot tiny home is spacious and convenient with the one story floor plan, high ceilings, and natural light. It has all the amenities that you need to relax, and with no TV or WiFi (but a good cell signal) this is a perfect place to unplug and enjoy a peaceful place. There is also a screened in porch overlooking the wildflower meadow and forest. We encourage our guests to explore our beautiful 15 acre property through guided or self- guided tours (we provide a map of the property for guests to explore!). This is beautiful, peaceful place with plenty of nature and seasonal gardens to enjoy! Just a few minute drive from Tryon and Landrum, and close enough to Asheville and Greenville for an easy day trip. 10 minutes off of I-26, a 2 minute drive to FENCE, 10 minutes to Harmon Field, and 20 minutes from the Tryon International Equestrian Center.
Our listing is new to VRBO but we are experienced hosts and guests love our tiny home and property! The Lodge is situated at the front of the property (out of eyesight of the main road), and about 100 yards from the main house and barns (through the forest, so plenty of privacy!).
The bedroom offers a comfy full size bed with plenty of bedding and pillows (and we clean ALL bedding, including duvets/ quilts) after each guest. The kitchen has a refrigerator, a two burner cooktop, and a microwave/ convection oven combo (size of a microwave but has both microwave and oven capabilities). The bathroom has a large shower and a washer/ dryer for your convenience.
This is a working horse farm with rescue horses and horses in training. There are generally a few cars each day which come and go down the driveway, and you may see us out gardening or tending to the horses, but we respect our guest's privacy and overall this is a quiet and private place. The golf cart does come by twice a day to feed the horses, and you may hear an occasional tractor being operated or a mower, but we keep any loud noises to a minimum so that our guests can enjoy peace and quiet!
If you are a horse lover and would like to meet and pet the horses, we offer free guided tours which can easily be set up by contacting us. Or you are welcome to enjoy and explore the property on your own, we just ask that you do not pet or feed the horses unless on a guided tour.
*** LOW cleaning fee and NO cleaning/ chores required by guest at check-out.
*** Please note that as explained earlier in the description, we DO NOT have Wi-fi or TV at The Lodge, but most guests have good cell phone service and some guests have even set up a hot spot. Perfect place to unplug, but probably not a great option if Wi-fi is a necessity for work.
