The fourth bedroom is available for a small additional cost. It has a full and a twin for added convenience. Guests will have access to all interior if you book the 4th bedroom and exterior spaces on the property except for one closet and the garage. Please note that the driveway is very steep, but there is one street parking spot at the base of the property that guests can use.
