The Artist Getaway is a beautiful home just outside of downtown Westminster focused on
bringing together groups who stay there through a quality space, good conversation, and all
Westminster has to offer. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is more than enough room for
everyone, brand new appliances, and every room was designed to make your stay as fun as it
is comfortable. Fun, privacy, comfort, and space are what you will find here.

This home has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably. There are a
total of 2 King beds, and 9 queen size beds.

Bedroom 1 - Indulge in the spacious luxury of the upstairs master bedroom, featuring a
King bed. The modern design blends comfort and style seamlessly, offering a serene
retreat that invites relaxation.

Bedroom 2 - This bedroom offers a queen-sized bed that gives peace and a cool
ambiance with its modern and stylish design.

Bedroom 3 - This modern bedroom boasts a Queen bed located upstairs, creating a
perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. Sleek furnishings and elegant decor make
it a cozy yet stylish haven.

Bedroom 4 - With a King bed on the main floor with contemporary design elements, this
bedroom exudes chic elegance. Natural light and modern decor create a welcoming
oasis for guests or family.

Bedroom 5 - Perfect for kids or guests, this bedroom features queen-size bunk beds.

You'll find five clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-
grade towels in this home. There are three walk-in showers and two shower tub combos. All
showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully stocked kitchen. It features beautiful
countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster,

and coffee maker. The open-plan setting offers an unobstructed view out into both the living and
dining areas.

The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal with your group and guests. The indoor dining
table has enough chairs for 16 guests! The room flows effortlessly into the spacious lounge,
which is complete with a large L couch, board games, karaoke, and
many big windows letting in a lot of light. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan
adventures for the day, host a dinner party, or just want to take things easy, this open-concept
living room gives you all the space you need.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make
yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or
want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and
secure access to the home.

I am here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. I’m only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. I’m happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.

This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Downtown Denver,
Boulder, Red Rocks, and Denver Airport. There is a grocery store 4 min away and many
restaurants in the surrounding area.

A car rental or vehicle is recommended since this is the mountains and a rural location with
minimal public transportation.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important.
Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil
prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we
will be happy to help.

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link that contains an e-manual. In this manual,
you will find all the necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included
my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife,
and much more!

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of
$1000. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy.
