We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival and self check-out upon departure. We are happy to assist via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay.
Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
Regis is a neighborhood in north Denver, Colorado with a population of 7,846. Regis offers residents a sparse suburban feel with easy access to downtown Denver and all the city has to offer. The neighborhood boasts plenty of of hip bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Many young professionals live in the area.

Both of these homes were designed and built to minimize noise between the units. It is HIGHLY unlikely you will be able to hear the adjacent unit but please be respectful and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially after 10:00 pm.
Sip morning coffee while gazing at mountain views from the upstairs bedrooms, or gather outside in the fenced backyards where hammocks and patio seating invite you to linger. Evenings can be spent sharing meals, playing board games, or streaming a favorite movie before retreating to quiet bedrooms for restful sleep. With two side-by-side homes, there is plenty of space for your group to spread out while still staying connected.

Together, the homes feature 8 bedrooms and 9 beds, comfortably accommodating 16+ guests. Each home includes a king-bed master suite with private en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Secondary bedrooms share Jack-and-Jill bathrooms, and basement-level bedrooms feature queen sleeper sofas with Smart TVs. Blackout shades, extra pillows and blankets, and Pack ân Plays add thoughtful comfort for all ages.

Each home offers over 2,300 square feet of space with sunlit windows, high ceilings, and open living and dining areas. Kitchens are fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, central islands, and large dining tables for shared meals. Living rooms feature plush seating and 65" Smart TVs, while finished basements provide additional gathering space with seating, wall-mounted TVs, and board games.
Outdoor living
Two fenced-in backyards create a welcoming retreat for both relaxation and play. Sip a drink on the patio sectional, sway in the hammock, or enjoy a seasonal BBQ. Lawn games add casual fun, and a connecting gate makes it easy to move between yards while keeping privacy when desired.
Kitchen & dining
Youâll find fully equipped kitchens in both homes, including refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, and wine glasses. Cooking basics such as oil, salt, and pepper are included, along with cookware, dishes, silverware, and barbecue utensils. A dining table in each home makes mealtimes easy to enjoy together.
