Beautiful property

This property has lots of room. Kitchen is spacious and living areas were inviting. Host made it feel like home. The location of the property is close to town in case you need groceries. Definitely happy we stayed here.

Wonderful family vacation home

We had a large family gathering for a memorial. This house was the perfect setting for everyone to gather and share memories. The kids loved the garage filled with activities. The home is beautiful and all the bedrooms are comfy.

Family Gathering

This was the perfect house for us to gather as we celebrated the life of a family member. Spacious, with nice seating throughout the house. Great game area for entertainment and just overall very lovely!

Exceptional Stay with Thoughtful Extras – Highly Recommend!

The hosts truly went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The house was not only spotless and beautifully decorated, but it was also stocked with so many extra amenities that made our stay incredibly easy and comfortable. From the fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials (and then some!) to the thoughtful touches like cozy blankets, games, and even toiletries, they’ve thought of everything.

Golf Trip

Location was great, neighborhood is quite and anything you need is within a couple miles of the house. The open layout of the main rooms and patio worked great for our group to gather and socialize. Check in and out was smooth and easy.

Loved the number of bedrooms and Bathrooms. It is hard to find a home that can accommodate several couple and families, but the one was great. Conveniently located to mountains and stores.

Great house for a group!

We had two families (10 people) stay for 6 nights. The house was well stocked and had plenty of space for everyone. The location was a great jumping off point to explore Red Rocks, Golden, and Boulder. Communication with the hosts was easy and they responded quickly. Would highly recommend this home.

Wedding Party Weekend

We did a destination wedding in Denver and selected this property to stay along with our wedding party. It was one of the best decisions we made and truly made the weekend extra special! The house was just as advertised, clean and well decorated. There was ample lighting and spacious seating areas. We had about 20 guests but it never felt crowded. The hot tub was ready to go on our arrival and Summer even gifted us a lovely smores basket for the fire pit! Plenty of towels, which is impressive with that many people. I would like to specifically point out how comfortable the beds were, soft sheets and awesome black out curtains! There was plenty of games all throughout the living spaces (the guys spent the weekend in intense chess matches even though none of them play chess regularly) and the game room was tons of fun. Definitely a place where there is something for everyone.It's in a great location. 4 minutes from a Costco, 5 min from a Wal-Mart. Tons of good shops all within 10 minutes!Our host Summer sent friendly reminders, quick tips, and was always quick to respond if I had a question. She was gracious enough to allow us an early check-in and was an absolute delight to work with! Overall we had a wonderful time, highly recommend this property, and would absolutely return!

Westminster Weekend

We had a great time with a large group at the house, perfect location centrally located between Denver and Boulder. There was plenty of outdoor space on the patio and in the backyard.

Had a blast!

We used this wonderful Vrbo for the wedding party of our wedding and we had a blast! If it wasn’t a Vrbo I’d maybe try to buy this house because it’s so nice! The owners left us some s’mores and were very accommodating! 10/10 would come back!

Wedding Stay

I can't say enough about this property! The house was perfect for my family as we were in town for my son's wedding reception up at The Red Barn in Golden Gate State Park. There was a total of 18 of us, including an infant and a 2-year-old. Summer made sure that everything was already thought of including a crib and a pack and play. The game room was unexpected but quickly caught the attention of several of the kids in their early twenties and they had a great time! Overall, the house is great and we are super glad that we picked it.

Great place for our work team's annual retreat

This space and the amenities exceeded our expectations. We were quite comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was great to work with. The backyard looked so inviting; unfortunately, it was too cold for us to make full use of it.

Great House, Great Yard, We had a Great ime!

Our group of 12 adults had a great stay in this Mid Century Mod! This is a huge house with plenty of space. The backyard space is great, we spent most of the day outdoors! Plenty of parking for several cars. No shortage of space on this property! Nice neighborhood, with shopping and restaurants close by. Owners were very responsive, and accommodating. We would definitely stay at this property again! Great rental experience!

Great place for a retreat!

We used the house for a three day retreat. There were two wonderful living rooms for meeting. The outdoor area also would have worked well except it was too cold outside. The kitchen was great for preparing meals and hanging out. Five of the bedrooms have two queen beds which was fantastic for people to share a room and have their own bed. It is a wonderful location with close access to all necessities, plus relatively close access to the mountains. Thank you so much!

Memory Filled Weekend

Our family met in Colorado to go the football game and be with our daughter's family who are moving to the Denver area. This house was perfect for our group. The beds were comfy, the kitchen had all the condiments we needed, the backyard was perfect for the kids to safely play with it being fenced in, a sandbox and various outdoor games provided. The garage had a ping pong table that the kids enjoyed as well. There were lots of thoughtful amenities including books for kids, shampoo and conditioner. The owners provided things that alot of VRBO's don't have making us feel right at home. The location is quiet and yet close to everything we wanted to do. It was a great weekend to reconnect with our family.

Corporate Retreat

The house and set up was perfect! Great open space for gathering and cooking inside and outside. Plenty of seating and the outside fire pit was wonderful! We had plenty of supplies for cooking and the bedroom(s) setup were comfortable.

Perfect home for family memories

Our family had a wonderful stay! The yard, firepit and ping-pong table provided extra fun! The home is very large so everyone had their space but the family gathering area was perfect for a large family! Would definitely recommend for any large group traveling together.

Great for large group

We loved this home! Spacious with room for privacy but also room for everyone to gather. Kitchen well stocked. Loved the outdoor spaces and were there most of the time when at the house and not sleeping. Beds comfortable and bathrooms all clean. Convenient drive to downtown and red rocks. We even had one of the tours drop us back off at the house. Would definitely recommend!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have always loved the Westminster area for its many conveniences and easy access to Denver and Boulder. Located right in the middle of Denver and Boulder, it takes about 15-20 min to get to either incredible city! Our neighborhood is super close to 4 grocery stores, all the shops and restaurants you will need, and it's a quiet street that makes for great sleeping!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our heart has gone into remodeling this incredible home. We have loved seeing our kids use all the spaces and enjoy hosting our friends and family as much as we can. The large common spaces, incredible backyard/patio, and ability to retreat to the quiet bedroom wing of the house make this place our dream come true!
