- Upstairs, discover 6 bedrooms:
- Another master bedroom awaits you with a king-size bed
- Additionally, there are 3 bedrooms with twin beds and spacious closets, along with 2 bedrooms with king-size beds and equipped with televisions for your entertainment pleasure.

Well-equipped kitchen:
Our kitchen is tastefully decorated and equipped with all the essentials to meet your family's culinary needs. It is the ideal place to prepare delicious meals and share precious moments together.

Outdoor Happiness:

For added convenience, our pool can be heated for an additional cost of $50 per day (3 day minimum, non-refundable). Keep in mind that while the water will be nicer, it won't reach hot tub temperatures like a jacuzzi.

The entire house is reserved exclusively for our valued guests, ensuring that you have complete privacy and access to all its splendid services. From the welcoming front door to the inviting backyard pool, every corner of the home is yours to enjoy. Additional Information and House Rules:

No Smoking Policy:
For the comfort and well-being of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere within the house, including the pool area. We ask that you refrain from smoking during your stay. A fine of $300 will be assessed if any indication of smoking is found.

No parties or loud noises:
To maintain a peaceful environment and respect our community, parties are not allowed on the premises. Also, please refrain from making loud noises after 10:00 p.m. We appreciate your understanding in ensuring a serene environment for everyone.

Pets are not allowed:
As much as we love furry friends, pets are not allowed in the house. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you and ask that you make appropriate arrangements for your beloved pets during your stay.

Gated Community Access:
Our property is located within the secure Emerald Island gated community. To access the community's amenities and enjoy its exclusive features, there is a $20 fee per vehicle to obtain your pass. Please note that the reservation is limited to a maximum of 4 cars.

Cleaning Fee:
We take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming space for all guests. A mandatory cleaning fee of $500 will be charged if the house is not left in good condition upon departure.

Garbage Disposal:
Before leaving, we kindly request that you collect all garbage and dispose of it properly inside the designated garbage containers. Your help in keeping our space tidy is greatly appreciated.
