Situated amidst three towers, Tower 1 serves as the primary tower, overlooking the expansive lagoon pool. Adjacent to Tower 1 are Towers 2 and 3, with the Leeward Building positioned beside Tower 2. As a guest of L104, you have access to all the same pools and amenities as those staying in Tower 1. However, with Leeward building access, you will only be about 100 yards to the beach. Instead of overlooking the pool and sunbathing decks, you'll revel in a spectacular view of sand dunes and a path straight to the ocean!

As a full-service beach resort, Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort offers an abundance of amenities to elevate your vacation. From gulf-front pools with waterfalls and hot tubs to a private beach access leading to half a mile of soft, white sand beach, there's something for everyone. Additionally, guests can enjoy the sprawling Par-3 golf course, fitness center, ball courts, and resort-wide tram service for easy access to all activities and attractions on the property.
Stepping into Edgewater Leeward #L104, you'll discover an open floor plan, plush furnishings, a large flat screen TV in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a pass-through bar counter, and a charming dining area for shared meals.
A Guest Vehicle pass, for one vehicle, is included with your stay. You should find this parking pass in your unit upon arrival. If a guest arrives outside of the normal operating hours for LW Owners Services and there is no Guest Vehicle pass in the unit, then the main gate security guard will provide a red pass to the guest upon proof of their reservation. Contact the 30a Seascapes Team as soon as possible, as a Vehicle pass will need to be secured before 11am the following day. Guests without a Vehicle pass who cannot provide Owner Services/ Security with proof of their stay will be denied access to the Resort.
Alongside your parking pass, you will find your property ID wrist tags. Guests must wear these wrist tags at all times while onsite. Upon entering your vacation rental, put on your wristbands and immediately return to your car with the parking pass, as this pass needs to be visible on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Assure the requisite information (vehicle type, departure date and unit number) is present on the vehicle pass before walking away from your car.
PROPERTY ACCESS: The gate in front of the Leeward Building serves as a back entrance accessible only to owners. Access for guests is via the main security gate, manned 24/7 by security personnel.
Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!
Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).
