Would rent again

I would certainly rent again because where else can you get a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom for this price!! There are a couple things that are important to note, though, so other families can plan accordingly. While there are two bedrooms, one is open to the living room so that may be helpful to know. There is a door to close off the bedroom/bathroom/living room area from the kitchen and other bedroom but not an actual door to close off this second bedroom. It says they provide shampoo, but there wasn't any in the bathroom. There was body wash and conditioner, but might want to plan accordingly to ensure you have what you need. It also had a blowdryer listed, but I didn't find one in either bathroom. None are deal breakers whatsoever, just good to be aware of if you are renting this house. The pictures show a great outdoor area and it looks like another building with atleast one room, which we didn't even explore but may have been nice to give more space and separation, if we had spent more time there. Thanks for sharing your home with us and for the great communication and responsiveness. I appreciated it!

LaCrosse Tournament

Nice little place that is definitely close to the main attractions in the area. We were in town for a tournament at the LaCrosse Center and this place was within 3 miles. There is a train that runs basically through the backyard. When we saw it and heard it before going in ...we were concerned BUT, once inside ...we didn't notice it and it didn't interrupt sleep. The beds are low frame so if you have mobility issues getting up/down, take that into consideration.

I am also one of the principals at the company construction company based in La Croose. My favorite home style - Scandinavian Minimalism. It is good to practice minimum distraction and give yourself space in a fast-pace world.

Another subject - tiny houses and as a homeowner of a big home, I don’t see in the future tendency towards big spaces. Technology will offer us more and more choices where downsizing would be more comfortable and economically exciting.

In the future I hope to progress in offering minimalistic, eco-friendly and cozy homes as a part of travelers experience.
