It’s about a 10 minute drive to downtown, Sutter Medical Center and Mercy General. Walk to UC Davis Medical Center, Aggie Square, and Shriners Hospital for Children.The neighborhood offers quick freeway access, making it an ideal place for guests who plan to commute elsewhere in the city during their stay.
The space
The house, built in 1920, has been completely remodeled featuring an open space design. Centuries-old Douglas fir covers the floor and reclaimed bricks from 100-year-old homes and businesses in Sacramento cover the back patio.

The kitchen features a marble island & marble countertops. You'll find a Vita mix, juicer, enameled cast iron pots, baking pans, Japanese Donabe, mortar & pestle, marble cheese slicer, stone molcajete, and more -everything you need to prepare a special meal. If your a coffee lover you can choose between the Keurig, French Press, Chemex, coffee cone, or drip coffee maker.

Guests love the garden patio. It’s a special place that’s ideal for meditation, morning coffee, meals, or “wine down” time.

The bathroom features a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads which allows a couple to comfortably shower together.

I know that a good nights sleep is essential when traveling so I take special care to ensure the bed is freshly and perfectly made with quality bedding.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire property. Park in the remote controlled gated driveway or on the street in front of the house.
Other things to note
Effective 7/13/23- The house next door is under construction so there may be construction noise. Hours will be from 8am to 4:30pm M-S. Projected completion date is October 1st.
