Adorable Private Guesthouse/Studio free parking

Summary:
Come stay in our lovely spacious studio/guest house. This studio is connected to a home, but definitely gives you a private space. Enjoy the spacious shared yard. Here you will have the right side of the driveway for parking and a private entrance. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

The Space:
The studio is a 1 bedroom, queen sized bed, semi full kitchen with a stove and full bathroom space.
It is connected to a home, but you have your own entrance and own space. The backyard is spacious and shared between the home and studio. Parking is available on the right side of the driveway and we have plenty of street parking available.

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire studio, driveway parking and share space of the entire backyard.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located near the Carmichael, CA area. The neighborhood is quiet and close knit. We are close to Highway 80 and in the middle between Downtown Sacramento and Roseville CA. We are 15 minutes away from the Golden 1 Center and 15 minutes away from Sun Splash and Top Golf.

Getting Around:
We offer right side driveway parking as well as street parking. Uber/Lyft is also a great way for local transportation.

Other Things to Note:
We leave basic household information on the kitchen table. This includes basic details about wifi, tv controls, lighting, temperature control instructions, etc. Netflix and Hulu Apps are available on the tv for guest use.

NOTE: We do NOT HAVE cable services. We offer streaming services such as Netflix, Roku, Prime, & Hulu. (Guest has to use their own Netflix account)

Please be aware that the backyard may be shared with the tenant of the main home. As this is a pet-friendly property, you might occasionally interact with the tenant's pets, if they have any.

Interaction with Guests:
At the front door, you can say "Hi" with the Ring Video Doorbell - just push the button (if you want to).
