The master bedroom has a king-size bed and its own private bathroom, and there are two additional bedrooms with queen-size beds that share a bathroom and are perfect for guests or children.

Get to work in the dedicated office with a full private bath and futon for your mid-day breaks.

The backyard is large enough for an outdoor game while you enjoy nature and grill on the outdoor patio or relax in the patio seating area.

Quiet hours are between 10 PM - 8 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

One dog is allowed per stay. No puppies under 2 years old. No aggressive breeds. Male dogs must be neutered. Crate required, not provided. The yard is not fenced. A $25 fee will be charged per dog waste left on the property. Guests are liable for any pet-related damages, injuries, and excess cleaning fees.

Interior smoking is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking inside will incur a fine of $1500 for cleaning and deodorizing.

Excessive house cleaning required will be billed at $125/hr. Any furniture restoration needed will incur a fee of $125 per piece.

Guests are responsible for locking all doors and windows when leaving the property. For your own safety, it is recommended that the front door and back doors be locked when not in use.

Guests are liable for any damages to the premises or its contents. Guests are responsible for insuring their personal belongings. Owner, Property Manager, and Staff are not responsible for Guests' contents, or lost/forgotten items and are not liable for injuries or death occurring on the property.

Acceptance of the House Rules and payment, in whole or in part, of your booking constitutes an agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
