Q: So you live on the property?
A: Yes! We rarely run into or hear guests and visa versa. You have the entire house to yourself but we live the the detached building/apartment.

Q: Is this centrally located in Atlanta?
A: Our home is on the northern side of Atlanta which is considered safer and quieter by locals. We're close enough to the major highways that our place is the ideal spot to explore all that the metro Atlanta area has to offer.

Q: Can you share the address?
A: We share the exact address after booking for guests and our privacy. A good landmark is the "Dunwoody Country Club" when getting a driving estimate.

*Sometimes we can accommodate flexible check in/out times if you contact us beforehand.

Entire space is included in this rental except for locked storage closet. Please, make yourself at home.

We live on the property in a completely separate building which is not for guest use. So if you’re outside, there is a possibility we bump into one another, but otherwise, you're got your own private oasis.

See attached for parking. If you need an additional spot beyond the three included, you might consider parking offsite legally in a local business parking lot.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

Home away from home

We were in town for the perfect game tournament and this house was perfect for us. The location was great. The house has been updated and is extremely clean and well maintained. It was the perfect size and would definitely book a stay there again.

Great Property / Location

Perfect location. We were able to get everywhere we wanted easily (Aquarium, Stone Mountain, Six Flags etc) The property was so spacious (esp big entryway and bedrooms) that we ended up staying in more than expected. Sauna and hot tub were great and kitchen had everything we needed. The neighborhood made us feel like we were home! Definitely recommend

Quiet and restful stay

The host is amazing. The house is beautiful and well maintained. Absolutely no issues with our stay. Location is great and convenient to many Atlanta attractions and other nearby cities. We will definitely stay there again

We couldn't have asked for a more attentive host--we always felt that if we had a concern, our host would respond immediately. Our favorite part of our stay was sitting in the hot tub amongst the trees in the middle of a rain shower. This is a unique and amazing property that nestles within a natural setting yet is close to shopping and dining. Great and amazing!!!

Spectacular home

We had a wonderful experience here. The place was spacious, modern & clean. We had everything we needed (fully functional kitchen, plenty of beds for our group of 10), the exterior was beautiful & the kids enjoyed running around the yard / outdoor space. Evan was helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend this home.

Great location; wonderful host

The 3-bedroom property was perfect for our needs as we were traveling with our married son, his wife and our infant grandchild. The host provided a pack n’ play for our use which saved us from bringing our own. Everything about the property made us feel at home, especially the cleanliness. The host provides ample everything and if you need anything, all you have to do is ask - he lives in a separate building on the property (although we never saw him during our 5-day stay). We would definitely come back on another trip to the ATL.

Great for groups!

My family and kiddos stayed with another couple sans kids and we all equally enjoyed the space! Nice area, very quiet and clean. Loved the hot tub and sauna! Would stay again.
