Cute & comfy- great location.

We stayed for a few days while our home was being repaired. Very cute and comfortable home to stay for a family of 5! Kitchen was well stocked and had tons of counter space!

The property was originally advertised as having an enclosed fence for dogs which it did not. This has been updated on VRBO site. The flooring was pulling up off the floor and furniture was somewhat beat up and not as shown in pictures. In the end the hosts were accommodating to offset the discrepancies.

Great stay in Alphretta

Location was great! Less than a mile to downtown Alpharetta. House was newly renovated. Great decor. Beds were comfortable. The only downfall is that it is a tri-level so would have been beneficial to have handrails on the staircases for older guests. We had a wonderful stay!!

Great Stay

Newly renovated, great location! The check in and check out process is pretty simple and smooth. I had to send msg to ask for check in instructions and WiFi info. Although It took a bit time for host to respond back, it all worked out at end.

Wedding weekend

The house is a very cute and clean property that has many upgrades throughout. The bathrooms have all been upgraded along with the kitchen. Large TV's in every room along with WiFi throughout the home. It was a great location to meet our daughters who drove in for the family wedding and enjoy some time together with our adult children.

Wonderful Stay!

Highly recommend this new fully renovated property in an awesome location. Property owner was great to work with and very accommodating. One thing to consider if you have an elderly parent like we did during our stay. There are a short flight of stairs that made it really difficult for our mom to get around. Everything else was great!

Unexpected stay

Booked with VRBO for a funeral in Atlanta. The house was clean, updated and very adequate. In a good neighborhood and very close to everything in Alpharetta. My only suggestion would be a binder/booklet with info about the property (i.e. WIFI password, restaurant recommendations, things of interest in the local area, etc. Notes about if coffee and drinks are complimentary. And then maybe a few extra towels, pillows blankets.

Awkward configuration

The primary bedroom and bath was located on the lower level and both were large but the third full bath was also on the lower level two flights away from the other three bedrooms making it awkward to use. We were there for 4 nights and there were not enough towels for the group it was advertised to accommodate.

Looked wonderful on the inside until we saw the filthy bathroom tub and shower curtain and bathmat in the upstairs bathroom . Not to mention the dirty pillow case on our master bedroom bed. After contacting the owner they did remedy those items, but after seeing reviews that said excellent I was disappointed.

House was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space, safe quiet neighborhood, nearby food options. The floor plan was a bit odd with two bathrooms downstairs and one bedroom but we made it work. That would not keep us from staying there again.
