You can have comfort and luxury in this newly renovated beach style home which offers 3 spacious bedrooms and 3 full size bathrooms. A spacious master suite offers a king size bed, ensuite, and large sitting area. Curl up under the cozy cotton comforter and watch a movie on the large flat screen TV or lose yourself in the tranquility of sitting with a good book on the adjoining top deck or sitting area. With gorgeous natural light, the second bedroom provides another king size bed and large flat screen TV. With a serene lake view, the third bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, large flat screen TV, and a desk with keyboard, mouse, and monitor suitable for business and/or personal use. Two sets of linen, plush comforters, and 4 pillows will be provided for each bedroom as well as bath and beach towels for up to 6 guests. Have a baby or kids? We have toys and a pack n play to help you travel light and keep them entertained.

A newly furnished living room with two oversized arm chairs, a pull-out sleeper sofa, and large flat screen TV, is the perfect space to curl up and watch a movie after a full day at the beach. With double sliding doors, this space has copious natural light and easy access to the outdoor patio space that is equipped with brand new patio furniture to sit around and enjoy with family and/or friends, and a large table for 6 to gather around for meals.

Can’t survive without a quality morning cup of coffee? We have you covered with your choice of a Ninja or Hamilton coffee machine. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking and indoor/outdoor dining needs.

Ready to head to beach? We’ve made it easy for you! We have the necessities such as beach bags, towels, umbrellas, and a large pop-up canopy tent for sun protection. As well as, all the extras just for fun such as badminton, volleyball, body boards, a nerf football, a kite, beach buckets, toys, and more. Fill up our dual-purpose beach carts to easily walk them down to the beach, unload, and then the cart simply transforms into a full-size reclining beach chair to relax in. Don’t forget your fur babies! Our dog friendly beach has plenty of room for them to explore. With only a short walk to its very own private beach, this tropical style community is the perfect opportunity to lounge, swim, surf, and fish without the crowds of other Florida destinations. Back at Costa Del Mar, cleaning up is as easy as walking right into the cabana bath, leaving all the sand behind.

With endless amenities nearby there is something for the whole family to enjoy. You can find yourself renting kayaks, jet skis, or pontoon boats, taking a dolphin tour, observing the manatees, snorkeling at a historic shipwreck, horseback riding on the beach, exploring the aquarium and Navy Seal Museum, walking the trails, shopping, take the kids to the playground, etcetera, all within just a short drive from your beach home.
