Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by locals, individuals under 25 years of age and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The said deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.

Bedroom Configuration:
Bedroom 1: King bed w/ large open concept room, large master closets.
Bedroom 2: Two Queen beds w/ large walk-in closet, ensuite with Rainforest style shower.
Bedroom 3: King bed w/ shared full bath in hallway with bath/tub combo.
Bedroom 4: King bed with shared full bath in hallway with bath/tub combo.
Bedroom 5: King bed with couch, large walk-in closet, and ensuite with Rainforest style shower.

Pool heat is an additional $100 a night and applies to the length of stay.

Check in and out time are set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to get the house ready for the next guest. If you are requesting either an early check in or late check out, fees may apply. Check in time is 4 pm and check out is at 10 am.

Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.
