This beautiful new build features a spacious master suite with en-suite bathroom that boasts a garden tub, double vanity, and walk in shower. The additional bedrooms consist of a king bed and a full sized bunk room – perfect for your littler travelers - and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Lastly is the separated mother-in-law area located inside the home that’s equipped with its own full kitchen, king bedroom, twin bunk beds, living room with queen sleeper sofa, and bathroom - ideal for multiple families traveling together!

In renting this home you’ll also have access to the washer and dryer in the laundry room and the garage, which houses our 4-seater electric golf cart.

You will love spending time outdoors with the amenities that the Windmark Beach community has to offer! For the beachgoers – this house is about a half-mile to the beach at St. Joseph’s Bay. Take a leisurely stroll or bike ride down the BeachWalk boardwalk, which runs parallel to the bay. OR drive our 4 seater golf cart for a short ride down to the town center to enjoy a meal at The View on Old 98, or grab some pizza to eat on the beach at Bruno’s Pizza! The Town Center has a variety of stores from paddleboard rentals and a fitness center, to an aesthetic boutique, grocery market, and craft cocktail bar! You will LOVE the Village Center Club, which features a beautiful zero-entry pool. When not swimming, the large lawn area and playground adjacent to the pool deck will keep children entertained. Throughout the year, various events are held on the Village Green, from outdoor music performances to outdoor family movies.
