This property was a great fit for our family. We had 5 adults and 4 children and everyone had plenty of room. We loved the convenience of the pool and the beach board walk.

This booking was a last minute booking because our original plans were cancer due to hurricane. Host was very accommodating the day of the booking and also had a townhouse close for the other people in our party. House was very spacious and clean. Close proximity to beach and pool. House could use a few more bath towels as the house sleeps 10 guests. Gas grill outside had empty propane so we couldn’t grill out. I would stay here again, great experience!

The boardwalk to the beach and the pool were right across the street. There was plenty of space for 10 people and 2 dogs. We enjoyed the fenced in backyard, but wish it had lights to play cornhole at night. The water hose and nozzle need to be replaced on the outside shower. It sprays water everywhere. Having the extra beach chairs, beach toys, and 2 bicycles was a plus. Kitchen is stocked with utensils, dishes, pots/pans, and extra bowls. We will definitely stay here again

We loved this property. The location was perfect with the proximity to the pool, the ability to walk out the door straight to the pool was great. The inside was spacious and clean and the large table was nice for sit down dinners. The neighborhood was new and close to everything.

This house is next to the future community pool thats currently being built. The pool will also have a boardwalk that leads to the beach. Great location! Looking forward to booking again!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful, well-equipped, pet-friendly house just steps from the boardwalk to the beach. It had everything we needed and provided a great lay out to accommodate two families with sufficient privacy, separate TV/living rooms, and all the kitchen gear needed to make family meals. I especially appreciated the fenced back yard (so that we could let the dog out easily) and the pet-focused accomodations. The house was conveniently located steps from the resort pool and was just a lovely boardwalk stroll to a quiet, natural, dog-friendly beach. And it came with a credit for beach gear that came in super useful, especially when loaded onto the beach trolley provided. I will definitely stay here again!

Great location

Great new house that is right across the street from a spacious well-maintained community pool and a short walk to the beach. Nice location on windmark beach between St Joe Beach and the town of Port St Joe. House was clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies and games. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Very, very clean! Loved the Suite, having its own door was great. 2 families could stay and not even see each other! The pool was very close. The boardwalk was a small trek with easy walking, all the way to the beach. We never needed the property owner/management, as everything from booking, to checking in and then checking out was super simple. The garage was stocked with 2 adult bicycles and everything you could possibly need for the beach! I wish we would have had time to use the 2 kayaks provided in the garage! Neighborhood was kid and dog friendly. Took bike rides and walks. Look forward to a return visit!!!

Week at windmark

I felt the house was very roomy and the owners put a lot of thought into the comfort and care of our stay. The best part was the big kitchen table for everyone to sit at and enjoy each other's company. This place is 10/10.

Great place, home is new, has beach gear and bikes, good way to get around as house is not directly on the beach. Keep in mind there's construction going on in neighborhood

Family vacay get away

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. Overall we loved the house and would book again. Beautiful home great location. Floors could have been cleaner. Pest control showed up twice to spray inside the home while we had a small child and pets- no notification of exterminator visit was given.

There was a problem with the water smelling horrible. We stayed that night bc it was so late, but left early next morning so we could shower. Texted owner after10:00 to let her know we had left. She said she was taking handyman to look at it, but we had already checked into hotel.

Perfect house. Wrong location!

The inside pictures were accurate but there are no pictures of the outside property. The house that they have in the line-up of pictures, is not the house you will be staying. Very confusing and disappointed upon arrival. The kitchen is not equipped with any corningware or enough pots for a party of 10. The towels are also very thin and not enough for everyone sleeping at the house. And not enough washcloths or handtowels. The grill also has a bad connection with the propane tank, so we were not able to grill out.

HI Jennifer, I wish you'd alerted us to your needs during your stay as we are always available to help. We have noted ongoing construction in the listing description, so we have not taken exterior pictures beyond the aerial shot provided. The building referenced during your stay is the City Center. Sunsets on Seagrove is just as close to the water, if not closer, than the building referenced. I am sorry you are not content with the pictures.

Family Vacation

This was a wonderful, well appointed home that had everything we needed to make our time there memorable. The attached suite was perfect for our family. It was obvious that much thought and care went into trying to anticipate the guests needs. It was the simple things that made the home special. We loved the different games and there were plenty of beach towels and beach gear. The home is directly across the street from the pool. The pool was a huge hit and much needed alternative to the beach. (I’ll say more about that later.). We encountered a couple minor issues but the rental company and owner were quick in their response and made sure we had what we needed. They went above and beyond! Now the beach…. There is a short boardwalk off the pool area that goes towards the beach. Unfortunately it only goes to the edge of the property. It does not continue to the beach. We found it extremely arduous to navigate the walk to the actual beach area. We had 5 adults and two small children and all the gear needed for a day at the beach. Even those who were in good shape found it to be hard walking through the terrain. With carrying children and dragging beach carts full of gear, it was almost too much and sadly limited our time spent on the beach. That in and of itself would keep us from going back to the area. It would be our recommendation that Windmark put in a wood boardwalk directly to the beach to alleviate this issue.
