This home is part of WindMark Beach, a relaxing community with a beach-entry swimming pool, sundeck, beach boardwalks, playground, basketball court, and 24/7 security. Walk, bike, or drive to the beach with no busy roads to cross, allowing you to swim in the clear, calm waters protected by Cape San Blas. Exploring the area using the golf cart! Next to the pool, you'll find a few great restaurants, shops, and beach gear rentals to supplement what's provided in your vacation rental.
Step inside to find a two-story home full of light, where much thought and care has gone into providing for guests. There's a front playroom with a small Ping-Pong table and kids' toys, followed by an open living area where you can mingle with your loved ones. The kitchen is perfect for the social cook, offering stainless steel appliances, an island breakfast bar, and an adjacent dining table with a pair of high chairs. It also has an open view of the living area's smart TV. There's a primary suite with a large bathroom and walk-in closet, a sofa bed in the living room, and a trundle daybed in the upstairs sitting area. Extra perks include beach gear for your convenience (bikes, cooler on wheels, wagon, chairs, umbrellas, and toys), plus an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
