Summary:
Our cozy log cabin is nestled in the gorgeous Ozark Mountains in Lincoln, Arkansas! While you're here, enjoy our large wrap-around porch with outdoor dining, hammock and HOT TUB. Inside, we have accommodations for up to 7 people! When you're not at home, explore Lincoln Lake, the MTB trails and Downtown Prairie Grove.

Get ready to relax and unwind at The Loblolly! When you walk through the front door of our cozy log cabin, you'll enter into our laundry and mud room with a four-top table complete with boardgames like Taboo and Monopoly.

Walk through a door on the right and you'll see our living room and dining area. This space has stunning wood-slatted ceilings and windows overlooking our covered porch. The living room has a couch, lounge chair, 50-inch Vizio Smart TV and gorgeous stone fireplace. Here, you'll also see our four-top dining table.

Through the living room, you'll find our kitchen. The kitchen is fully-stocked with all the cooking amenities you could ever need, including a drip coffee maker, high-end appliances and plenty of built-in storage.

When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our four beds. (1) Our Primary bedroom has a Queen-size bed, dresser, closet and nearby bathroom. (2-3) Our second bedroom has a bunkbed with a Full-size bed on the bottom and a Twin-size bed on top, a closet and a nearby bathroom. (4) Finally, our fourth bed can be found in the living room. Our couch folds out into a Queen-size bed.

Head outside to enjoy our covered wrap-around porch, hot tub, fire pit and grill! On the porch you'll find a hammock, eight-top dining table and two lounge chairs. Around on the other side of the porch, you'll see our hot tub! This is the perfect way to relax and unwind after a long day in the Ozarks. Near the parking area, you'll also have access to our grill and fire pit!

Guest Access:
Guest Access and Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay.

Other Things to Note:
Please note there are two outdoor cameras on the property: one located on the power pole in the driveway with coverage of the driveway to the porch, and the second located on the back corner of the cabin adjacent to the grill with coverage of the driveway and firepit. These cameras are for security purposes only and are not set to be intrusive to guest movements or to interfere with your stay.

House Rules Strictly Enforced:
Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000.
No pets are allowed at this house.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
