Southern feel brand new house with a modern touch. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, cable TV in each bedroom and living room, high speed wifi internet, full kitchen, living room, and patio. Perfect location to everything in Fayetteville, bike trails, and really good food!

This rental is for the entire home so you will not see me and there will not be anyone else in the home. Should you have any questions or concerns, I will be available through text, call or Airbnb messaging.

Formally known as 'The Coves', this neighborhood is tucked away just northeast of Farmington, and southwest of Mountain Ranch Apartments. The neighborhood is very quiet, contains sidewalks throughout and a few walking paths as well as a neighborhood park -- Holland Park Located at 4385 West Alberta Street, Fayetteville, AR 72704. The neighbors are all super friendly!

You will have access to the entire home - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen, living room, garage (game room) and back patio.

Parking is limited to the driveway only. Street parking is not permitted. Uber and Lyft are very popular in the area. In the downtown area, bikes and scooters are available for rent. Public transportation is also available via Ozark Regional Transit and Razorback Transit.

A great family getaway

We stayed here as a meet up point over Spring Break with a couple of our college kids. There was plenty to do at the house (the garage game room was a big plus) and comfortable, clean accommodations. The couch and beds were exceptionally comfortable.

This is a cute house in an ok neighborhood. Would have been nice if the yard had been mowed. Beds were very comfortable, house was very clean. The game room and bikes were a nice touch. Close to everything.

We enjoyed our time in Fayetteville touring the University of Arkansas. The house was in a quiet neighborhood very convenient to the city. The house was very well appointed and comfortable.

We were in town for a ball tournament and needed to add a night to our stay. All hotels were booked. We found this and we wished we could have canceled our hotel to stay here the rest of the time in the area. 5 out of 5 stars!!!

Best VRBO ever!

I booked this property for me and my mother to stay while visiting grandchildren in Fayetteville. It was perfect. We had the grandchildren over Wednesday night for supper and they so enjoyed the game room. Absolutely 5 stars all the way around.

Charming house and great location

The house was very charming. Fixed up so cute! And the location was perfect- about 13 min from the university which was great. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood which was what we wanted. We loved the game room- what a hit! We had a blast playing ping pong. Also loved relaxing on the sofa and just watching a movie. The house had everything a person could need. Will definitely stay here again if we return!

College Graduation getaway

This property was terrific and fit our needs perfectly. We came to Fayetteville to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from college and we could not have had a better stay. The owner was terrific in all phases, especially with communication about multiple inquiries. In addition, the owners of this property go the extra mile with all the amenities and special touches. From the soaps and shampoos they have for you to the appliances and televisions, this property is top notch. Definitely recommend to others and will always check this property for availability when I need a place in Fayetteville.

It was nice and clean. The backyard had a nice seating area where we could chill and have our morning coffee.It wasn't a far drive or uber ride to the game or downtown area.

This is a very quaint property. It was perfect for what we needed it for. The owners take great care and the home is well supplied and nicely decorated. Our visit was due to UARK move in and we needed a place that allows pets. Property is not too far from campus and can see renting this home again for a game weekend. The garage game room is great. We loved the ping pong table! It is perfect hang out place for tailgating and/or watching the game!
