This listing includes the entire Home with private entrances. 24 hour Hot tub ATV, boat, motorcycle, RV and snowmobile parking.
There is a community hot tub if you are renting part of the Bungalows. You can rent the entire house, which sleeps 12, or you can rent only the top floor that sleeps 6. There is another option, you can rent only the bottom floor that sleeps 6. If you are renting a portion of the home, the hot tub is for all guests. There are rules posted and you need to adhere to the rules.

If you are renting the entire property, you have all the parking and only your guests will have access to the hot tub.
