The Space:
One of a kind beachfront corner unit penthouse in the popular Quay building. This condo offers a unique two-story floor plan with considerable living space and beautiful ocean and bay views. The open living area features a fully-equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast counter, large living room, dining area and a half-bath. This area has vaulted ceilings with floor to ceiling windows that provide an open feel, take advantage of the southern exposure and maximize the beautiful views of the beach, ocean, bay and city. There is a private balcony off of the living area that is a great place to relax and take in these unique views. The first bedroom features a king-sized bed, television and ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a king-sized bed, television and ensuite full-bathroom. There is a second floor loft area that provides a lot of additional living space with a third sleeping area, television, pool-table, arcade game and a third full-bathroom. The third sleeping area features two sets of bunk beds. The views extend into this area via the aforementioned floor to ceiling windows. The condo has been well-maintained and is in good condition. Please note the spiral staircase when renting with young children. Building amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, multiple elevators, tennis courts, game room, onsite parking and security. The building is within a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, parks and more. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. Building security will issue guests a parking pass with the cost of your parking/amenity registration. This $50 fee is made payable to Quay management upon arrival. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.
