Escape to our updated waterfront A-frame retreat, perfect for groups of up to 12 guests & dog friendly. Enjoy beautiful views of the water from the comfort of out back porch. Our home features fire pit, outdoor grill station, fishing dock, water toys and is well equipped with the comforts of home. On Cedar Creek Lake our unique place is just minutes away from boat and water toy rentals. **Texas is in an extreme drought, so water levels are very low. The water in our cove is in a dry season **

The Space:
This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath two story a frame. The primary bedroom features a king size bed and full bathroom. There is also a door to outdoor space from primary bedroom. The second bedroom downstairs features a queen size bed with plenty pillows and down alternative comforter. The main living space downstairs featured an open concept living space with plenty of space for gathering large groups. One sofa converts to a queen size sleeper. The stairs to the upstairs loft are a bit narrow, due to the old home architecture. Upstairs features 4 twin beds and one queen bed in a semi-private area of the loft. The outdoor space has a grill, fire pit and Blackstone grill for entertaining. There is a small fishing dock for fishing and launching of tubes and paddle boards. There are two boat and water sport rental facilities across the street. Very close to main street with dining and shopping options. 20 minutes to Canton first Monday's.

Guest Access:
Keypad entry and exit, remote check-in and out. To lock, hold down the lock icon for 3 seconds.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood. Easy to find and close to dining and boat rentals.

Other Things to Note:
Our home is a traditional A-Frame with a narrow staircase. We have provided handrails and motion lights, but always caution with going up and down stairs.
