Discover the luxury and beauty Scottsdale has to offer while staying in this spacious condo in Kierland Greens. The home features 1 bedroom with a King-sized bed, 1 full bathroom, 1 half bathroom, and a loft with a sleeper sofa, providing 2 dedicated sleeping areas to comfortably accommodate 4 guests. There is free garage parking with room for 1 vehicle. The high ceilings and large windows provide a gorgeous view of the Kierland Greens complex pool, which is just steps outside of the front door. We have equipped the home with everything you need for a cozy stay - from kitchen essentials to towels for the pool.

While staying with us, you will have access to Kierland Greens’ large and sparkling heated pool and hot tub, with numerous lounge chairs for soaking up the Arizona sun. Make dinner in the outdoor barbeque area that features plenty of seating along with a cooling misting system for the warmer months. You will also have access to the complex’s fitness center if you want to make sure to get your workouts in while visiting!

Within less than a mile from the front door of the condo, you will find the prominent Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter shopping centers – both of which feature a sophisticated and extensive mix of shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This location is also prime for any golfer! You will be just minutes away from many of Scottsdale’s most famous and award-winning courses, including the Kierland Golf Club, TPC Scottsdale (home of the Phoenix Open Golf Tournament), Grayhawk Golf Club, and Starfire at Scottsdale Country Club.

You will also be a short drive away from many of the wonderful outdoor experiences Scottsdale has to offer, such as hiking, biking, and horseback riding. The Phoenix Sky Harbor airport is a quick 20-minute drive away, and the famous Old Town Scottsdale ara is a 15-minute drive away.

Please note that this condo is on the second floor of the building. There is a set of stairs to reach the front door, a second set of stairs inside the front door to reach the main level. The second sleeping area with the sleeper sofa is up a third set of stairs.

Best VRBO ever

This was exactly as it was described and we enjoyed every minute staying here. It was clean, had quality & comfortable bedding, fun decor, well stocked kitchen utensils, lots of hangers and an ideal location. We came in for a competitive soccer event and enjoyed coming back to rest and chill. This was the best VRBO I've ever stayed at and can't recommend it enough. I'll stay here again if I ever come back to Scottsdale. Two notes: the garage is pretty tight, so don't rent a huge SUV or truck if you're staying here. And, ask for the HVAC/Nest code before you get there so you're able to adjust the system as you'd like to.

Excellent location

This unit is very nicely decorated and in an excellent location. It contains all the kitchen basics and soap/shampoo. Throws on the sofa. The garage is not connected to the unit but around the corner, which isn't a problem but it's very small and our car did not fit. We had to work with the property mgr to get a pass as the VRBO company was zero help. Also, upgrade the bedding. Felt like bedding (sheets) I sent my kids to summer camp with. The bedspread isn't a proper blanket. The range makes a loud hum when the burner is turned on. However, overall nice stay.
