Turn on the large TV and stream your favorite TV shows and movies, or head into the well-equipped kitchen to show off your culinary skills. Here, a modern suite of appliances, wooden countertops, and a coffee bar await. When you're ready to eat, dine at the large formal dining table, or at the quaint breakfast nook table. Dining alfresco is easily achievable with the home's private yard, equipped with a grill. Also off the kitchen, appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer - keeping your vacation garb refreshed.

Follow the home's fun pops of decor, color, and charm into each of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Adorned with high-quality linens, private TVs, and central air-conditioning - both bedrooms offer restful places to sleep.

Outside, in the enclosed backyard cheer to a magnificent day on the deck, indulge in some self-care in the outdoor bathroom, equipped with a soaking tub and large sinks, or play a game of corn hole, giant Jenga, or tic tac toe. Minutes away from your stay, feel the sand on your feet (and don't forget to bring the home's provided beach gear), take peaceful walks at Frank Brown Park, and dine and shop at the area's plethora of local businesses.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
