The Space:
This cozy home greets you with a warm and rustic style from the moment you open the door. As you step inside the open kitchen/living area you will find a space with a classic cabin style from the warm wood-paneled walls to the large stone hearth fireplace, this space is ideal for socializing with your group before heading to the private bedrooms for a good night’s sleep. Adding to the comfort of this home is the unbeatable location. Tucked amongst the trees, you will feel as if you are tucked away in the mountains while still enjoying being within walking distance to beaches and just a short drive away from all Tahoe has to offer.
When you enter the home, you will come to a light-filled open space featuring the living room/kitchen/dining area. The living room has seating for four with a couch and chair situated around the fireplace located in a beautiful stone hearth and cozy ambiance lighting. Warm up by the fire, watch a movie on the 55” TV, or catch up on any remote work at the desk and chair situated under a bright window. Off to one side of the living room is the dining area, which includes a dining table with seating for four tucked underneath a large window. Enjoy a meal while taking in the peaceful views of surrounding nature from this space. Connected to the living room/dining area is the fully equipped kitchen, where you will find everything you need to prepare a meal for your group. The kitchen includes a large fridge providing enough space for everyone to store their food items and a door leading outside to the private outdoor space.
When you are ready to settle in for the night, you will find the first two bedrooms just off the living room. The first bedroom features a queen-size bed, a nightstand with a lamp, a dresser, and a closet. The second bedroom features a twin bed and has a washer and dryer tucked in the back of the room in a separate space where you will also find a toilet. A jack-n-jill style full bathroom is situated between the first two bedrooms and is a unique and beautiful room with lovely stone walls and countertops, a single-sink vanity, and a freestanding shower. The third bedroom is located on the other side of the house next to the kitchen, providing a great separation of space between the bedrooms. This bedroom is perfect for sharing with a triple bunk bed all full-size making it comfortable for all in the room. The bedroom also includes a large window looking out to the trees and providing the room with ample natural light.
During the summer months, enjoy hanging out in the private and fully fenced backyard where you will find a bbq making it a great spot for grilling. Two outdoor sitting areas in the front of the home make for the perfect spot to dine alfresco, or enjoy your morning cup of coffee. Each of the two areas includes a small round table and four chairs so you can comfortably enjoy the fresh mountain air with your group.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, which include a private fenced backyard. Guests will also have access to a three parking place driveway.
The Neighborhood:
This charming cottage is in an unbeatable location for enjoying all that Tahoe has to offer. During the summer, enjoy an easy walk to the famous Speed Boat Beach. This beach has no public parking, so being able to walk to it is an added bonus of staying at this home! Or head over to King’s Beach just a mile from the home and spend the day on the big sandy beaches where you will find every variety of watercraft available to rent for some water fun! This funky little beach town area has plenty of entertainment and dining options for you to enjoy with a wide variety of restaurants to dine at, cute boutiques and a farmer's market for shopping, and free concerts that happen in the summer. If there is a golfer in your group, they will love the fact that the home is only a five-minute drive away from the Brockway Golf Club course. In the winter the golf course is open for XC skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, and dog walking. For the winter months, you are less than and 15 minutes from Diamond Peak ski resort.
Looking for a little less outdoor activity on your vacation? The home is only half a mile from the Nevada state line where you will find casinos and concert venues. Or, make the 25-minute drive into Tahoe City where you will find grocery stores, a wide variety of places to eat, cute boutique shops, a movie theater, a beachfront park, a farmers market, and live music. With its easy access to town, ski resorts, golfing, and the lake, this home is a great home base for the ultimate North Lake Tahoe getaway any time of the year.
Getting Around:
The home is within walking distance of the public transportation TART, with the closest stop just a five-minute walk from the home. This stop is on the Mainline and is stop Hwy 28 at Stateline Rd (Shelter) and will take you into Tahoe City within 25 minutes. Or make the short drive down to King's Beach, where you can use the FREE park and ride to reach locations such as Olympic Park and Northstar California Resort. With HWY 28 and HWY 267 just minutes away, you can easily make day trips to many of the stunning surrounding areas located around Tahoe City.
Tahoe has UBER, Lyft, and many taxi companies.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.

• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
