STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!

Property backs to highways and on side is construction - 24/7 noise hwy/construction. No AC - swamp coolers (both of which malfunctioned during our stay - one had pump replaced the other the motor). Had techs in twice - several hot, uncomfortable nights. Unit was NOT cleaned prior to arrival. Grease in the microwave, dirty toaster and coffee maker. Dishes in the dishwasher. General maintenance is lacking - examples only two bulbs in the dining light fixture were working, fireplace in the great room had not been cleaned - soot around the face and half burned logs left inside, the closet door in the 2nd bedroom was off the track and inoperable. Pantry is full of expired food. It is a no pets unit but a distinct "pet" smell - especially when there was no cooling. Patio was dirty - cushions on the furniture were old and torn. Rodent activity noticeable both living in the cushions and droppings on the tiles. Don't even think about using the grill. 24/7 service did not exist. Called on three occasions for assistance and was told could not assist until the next day. Linens need to be replaced - pillows are flat, smelly and stained. Amenities missing - no shampoo or soap. Furniture great 25 years ago but needs deep cleaning. Garage has broken televisions, trash, broken fridge that leaked all over the floor. Did send a more detailed review to All Seasons but no response. Took pics and videos of all issues as outlined above. Used VRBO for years -first negative review.
