1) Please note that a pre-checkin link will be sent to you after the reservation is confirmed. During this process you will need to:
- Sign a rental agreement
-A $40 Damage Waiver will be charged. This is a non-refundable “peace of mind” fee that will give the Guest the peace of mind of not being charged a high fee for damages in the event of an accident that causes damages to the property. Guest will be covered for damages up to $1500. If damages exceed $1500, the card on file will be charged to cover anything above $1500.
- Provide a picture ID
2) Pet policy: we accept up to one dog per reservation. We do not allow other pets. The pet fee is $100. It must be purchased while completing the pre checkin process
3) This is a smoke-free environment
4) For same day bookings, we reserve the right to push the checkin time to 6:00 PM
5) Please respect our quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.
6) Please only use the parking garage that is dedicated to your unit
7) Please do not tape the walls, or do anything that damages the paint. Any damage is sole responsibility of the Guest.
8) No parties or gathering allowed. Please do not use any glitter/confetti inside the apt
9) For stays of 14 days or longer, an additional cleaning fee of the same amount as the original fee will apply
10) Host reserves the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for inspection or to address necessary maintenance issue.
11) No more than 8 people (for 1 and 2BD properties) and 12 people (for 3 ad 4Bd properties) allowed in the property at any time
12) Guest who books must be 21 or older, and must be present at checkin and throughout the duration of the stay
13) For guest's safety, there are cameras on premises. No undisclosed camera or recording devices are inside the property
