This stunning 5-bedroom house has everything you could possibly need for a perfect getaway. Located in a central location near major freeways and plenty of shopping, this property is perfect for families, friends, or business travelers.

As you enter the home, you'll immediately notice the beautiful furnishings and attention to detail. The living room features comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals.

The bedrooms are spacious and inviting, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The other 4 bedrooms are each tastefully decorated and have access to their own bathroom.

This wonderful pocket of Sherman Oaks is on the border of both Valley Village and Studio City, so it's really in the middle of everything. The neighborhood is very family oriented, extremely quiet, and pleasant. It is close to shops and restaurants. You have easy access to 101, 170, and 405 freeways so getting around the LA area is very easy and the home is close to everything.

The Property has a driveway for 2 cars for your convenience and depending on the size of your vehicles can accommodate up to3. As far as public transport there is the metro bus that is about 3-4 minute walk.

- Checkout time is 11am – our cleaning crew needs sufficient time to clean and get the house ready for the next guests or for the owners. Late checkout requests must be submitted in advance – we do our best to accommodate when possible.
- Operating hours are from 11 AM to 8 PM. For any urgent matters outside these hours, please feel free to reach out. If your concern is not an emergency, we kindly ask for your patience until the next morning. Please rest assured that any issues will be promptly attended to and resolved the following day. You can contact us any time by phone, email. For non-urgent inquiries or concerns, you can also send us a message, and we will get back to you promptly the next day.
- Pool heating fee is charged for $300 for initially for 48 hours. After that $100 for each passing day is charged.
- No smoking allowed at any time inside the house and in the patio. If we find any smell or traces of smoke you’ll be subject to a $500 fine.
- No drugs.
- Please be careful with furniture, décor and house items – some are pieces of design and we will charge for any damage.
- This is a quiet residential neighborhood – we ask our guests to keep noise at reasonable levels and respect quiet hours after 8pm. No exceptions. No amplified sound nor live music.
- Parties are NOT allowed. Breach of this rule will result in $2,000 fine and/or eviction.
- No unregistered/unannounced guests. Presence of unannounced/unauthorized visitors or guests is considered breach of the house rules and will result in extra penalty fees from $250 per guest and/or eviction. This is our home and all we ask is to be honest and open about your plans, and communicate with us!
- Filming, Photoshoots and production activities are welcome. Depending on the size and length of the event additional charges may apply. All productions (including small/student projects) must be approved with the host prior to booking. Unauthorized production will result in $2,000 fine and/or eviction.
- Pool heating: if desired we can arrange for the pool to be heated – fees apply as described in the listing details. Please reach out with your request at least 1 week before check-in as it takes up to 12-48hrs for the water to get to temperature, and we need to arrange for our team to operate the heater in advance.
- We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
- Although this is a very safe neighborhood, we are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
- If we find any item left behind we do our best to reach out and coordinate for restitution, but we are not responsible for your items.
- When leaving the house during your stay and when checking-out, please make sure to close and lock all the windows and doors, and switch off all the lights.
- Pets are welcome! If you plan on bringing pets please inform us before booking or at least 1 week before check-in as there is a surcharge. Usually it is $60 per pet per stay maximum 2 pets, depending on the type of pet and size.
- Please clean after your pet.
- The gardener comes once a week. They have access to the outdoor areas of the property. Guests are not entitled in any way to request extra services or deny them access to the property.

Great family location!
We really enjoyed this property. The house has a ton of room and was perfect for nine people. The kitchen has everything you could ever want and more. Having the ability to have a heated pool, made all the difference in our vacation and we were out on the back patio the majority of afternoons. The fireplace was also a really nice touch when the evenings got cool. The shampoo, conditioner, and all soaps were also well stocked with no possibility of running out which was appreciated. The only strange thing was that the upstairs mirror was missing and upon hearing this the owner came to check it out himself so I am assuming it’s likely replaced now.

This home is WAYYY more beautiful in real life. It's bigger and it's pretty and i LOVE the flow of the home. My family flew from east coast and we needed more rooms to house everyone- they had a great stay!! Even though it was raining all weekend we still had a blast. Thank you to Michael & Julie for being awesome hosts :) If i didnt live across the street, I would stay here more often :) But definitely whenever family flies into town, this will be their home base. Thank you!!

Nice play close to universal
We spent a few days here while we explored universal and Santa Monica pier. The house was clean, the backyard was nice, and it was a perfect place to stay with a large group with kids. Would stay here again!
