Within the professionally landscaped, fenced-in back yard you will find a fully finished cabana with a bar, dining area, and additional office/sitting space. The lower-level paver patio features an outdoor shower and 4 adirondack chairs to enjoy the firepit. Great white sandy beaches, restaurants, shopping, and the Block Island Ferry are minutes away.

Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis (0-50lbs). If approved there will be a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee per pet, an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet.

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
