Thank you for your comments. We appreciate the good and the stuff that can be worked on. I would just like to add to some of what you said as I'd like to be completely upfront. So the temperature limits 'as outlined' in our guestbook are 72 degrees. But we actually have since made it 74 degrees. 74 degrees is very warm and we feel that even that is overkill, but we do appreciate your feedback. Also thank you for the feedback on the lock. I believe you may have been doing it incorrectly as it was opened with ease when I went down, but your feedback is actually helpful. We will now make this a combination lock to avoid any future issues. And as I imagined with the temperature swings, the bicycles would probably be underinflated. I wish you had just reached out. As outlined in our guestbook, there are more than 3 airpumps available. Some manual, and some our battery powered which can be recharged if the battery is dead. You certainly could have rode bicycles. Please just reach out next time. And also we have lots and lots of recommendations in our guestbook. I'm thinking that maybe you did not look in the guestbook. Also 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom is a good start. We do not supply toiletries and paper goods for an entire stay. It's meant to 'get you started' or be enough for a short stay. While we are happy your overall experience was great, we are a little disappointed to hear the 'cons'. But with any feedback, we appreciate it!
