This four bedroom, two bathroom home comes fully furnished with four full sized beds and futon to comfortably sleep ten (10) guests, as well as a spacious dining room that leads out to the upper-level deck. The deck is equipped with a covered table, four chairs, and a gas grill. Just under a mile and a half from Scarborough State Beach, guests can enjoy the sun, sand and beautiful water before returning to this property and lounging in the backyard around the fire pit.

Guests have full access to the entire property, including all common areas, outdoor spaces, and amenities, except for designated areas that are locked off for the owner's personal storage. These restricted areas are not accessible to guests and are clearly marked.
