Take in the amazing ocean views on the private balcony of this one bedroom / one bathroom condo. Located on the south end of Myrtle beach, this Bluewater Resort condo offers all the basic features and amenities guests would need while vacationing at the beach.

The condo has new furniture throughout. There are 2 double beds in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher and fridge, plus all pots, pans and dinnerware required for your stay.

Bluewater resort is an oceanfront complex with individually owned condominiums. This means, as our guests, you have access to all the resort amenities. This includes free secured parking, free resort wi-fi, multiple pools (indoor and outdoor, from 2 ft to 8ft deep), hot tubs (indoor and outdoor), sauna, gym, game room and onsite restaurant and tiki bar. An onsite laundry is available for all our guests. This is an oceanfront building therefore beach access is only steps away.

Getting around Myrtle Beach is easy with a vehicle. Most attractions are less than 10 minutes from the resort. Parking at attractions is usually very easy to find, even in the busy season. Some areas are paid parking and others are free.

Uber is a great method of transport for tourists who don't have vehicles.

All Linens and bath towels are provided with this rental unit.

This unit is professionally cleaned, and all linens are commercially laundered after each stay.

Virtual check-in process with unique door code emailed to guest prior to arrival. There is NO front desk checkin.

This is an individually owned unit and not a hotel room. We are unable to provide daily maid service or replenish towels during your stay. Your room will have one bath towel per person. We do not provide beach towels – so please bring your own.

There is an onsite, coin operated laundry room on-site. There is also a change machine.

We do provide a basic starter kit of necessities for your stay (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 x personal sized shampoo/conditioner/soap per bathroom, 1 container of hand soap per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 5 trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish detergent, dish towels and wash rags.
No smoking or vaping in rooms or on balcony - designated space is out on the pool deck to the right of the building. Signs are posted. Security deposits will be forfeited if additional cleaning must take place to clean a room.

Do not leave trash or any other belongings outside by the front door. Trash chutes are at the end of the corridor.

No pets allowed in the rooms or on the premises at anytime

Do not hang towels or other items over the balcony railing.

Glassware is prohibited down at the pool deck. Please take plastic or metal.

No grills or outside fires allowed on the balcony of the condo.

Do not throw anything from the balcony at any time.

No candles allowed inside the condo.
