Location wasnt very far from anything. Other reviews said some updates could be done and yes they could but the house itsself was very comfortable stay in and in a very quiet place.
This place was perfect for our needs. We wanted something close to the beach and in a good location for other activities. The owner had great communication before and after our visit. We had no issues while we were there. If we plan another beach trip in the future, we'd definitely be open to coming back to this property.
Nice townhome convenient to many attractions and the beach. Great for 2 people or small family. Downside was no washer/dryer access, master bed was uncomfortable and small shower in 2nd bedroom.
The actual location good but neighborhood not good.. very junky and not cleaned up.. cabinets very sticky and screwed shut. 1 dish towel for 6 days⊠and dish cloth.. bathroom faucet needs tightened.. but owner was very helpful. Thanks
I stayed on this location as we were in the area for the Ripken Exp in Myrtle Beach. Location was excellent (close to beach and 10 min from Ripken Exp). A Big suggestion is this place need a makeover and needs updating (Outdated). Also, this place does not have Washer/dryer which it is a BIG inconvenient.
very old furniture and worn off most of the dressers in the back room and the bathroom for the front room leaks water down to the living room if the shower curtain were not placed properly, asked to fix the back room toilet was not functioning.
The neighborhood was a bit on the "ghetto" side of things. When we first arrived and opened the door, the place smelled musty, the chair by the back patio door was wet to the touch. There were supposed to be 3 tvs, only 2 were present, took us almost a full day to find which remote (there were several provided, but none worked) worked which tv. There was some type of poison oak/ivy/sumac growing along the back fence line and up the side of our rental. The ceiling in the living room sprung a leak on Saturday night before we left. We are all pretty easy to please, and we made the best of our stay, but for what we paid for the week it could have been alot better. I did contact the host a couple time during my stay and she was very on top of contacting me back.
The bathtub was clogged all the way. Complained to the owner about it, but no action taken. Asked for compensation for the inconvenience, but nothing was refunded. We had to go fix it ourselves in order to use the bathtub. The second room bathroom is too small. Nothing to hang the clothes in the room. Overall, an old house that's good for nothing, that's why it's on homeaway. Look for another property of you want to enjoy your stay.
Perfect location with amenities and the beach being right up the road. Good sized rental. I had me my s/o and our 3 kids age 9 months 3 years and 9 years. It was Perfect đ„°
The property is better than it looks on pictures. Two nice bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom and TV on the second floor. Nice living room with half bathroom on the first floor. TV with Netflix. The property has a nice "vacation at the beach" vibe. The property is 10 minutes walk to the beach. The beach has parking for $10/day, we didn't use it, just walked there. The property has one parking spot. Owner provided beach chairs and towels. Owner was responsive to our questions. There is a CVS around the corner. The property did not have moisturizers, shampoos, cooking oil, salt, sugar. But with CVS so close, we just bought all that there.
