This is a newly renovated 5 bed 2 bath bungalow with brand new memory foam mattresses, and gorgeous highly functional kitchen space. The living room also has a comfy Memory Foam pull-out queen-sized sofa so you can sleep up to 6! You have the entire upstairs level, non-shared space! The basement mother-in-law has its own entrance and is not shared with you. The basement unit could be occupied at the same time as your booking. Please be courteous of the quiet hours between 10 pm to 8 am.

Bathroom- located between the two bedrooms, non-functioning tub plug, for shower use.

Living room- Comfortable couch that pulls up to queen memory foam sleeper, smart tv with live tv and streaming options. Two leather chairs and a chess set bistro table.

We have smart locks with unique codes provided to you when you book that will only work during your stay and which are logged in our security system.
The basement has 3 good size bedrooms, each furnished with new beds and top Memory Foam Mattresses.
2 out of 3 bedrooms have TV's in them that are connected to the X-FI High-Speed internet system.
The Kitchen is a great throwback retro theme complete with a very unique restored 1950s YOUNGSTOWN Kitchen sink/cabinet.
You have access to your own washer and dryer (BYOD, Bring your own detergent)
The kitchen is stocked with all the basics.
One bedroom has a great dedicated workstation.
There is a bathroom that has been newly remodeled to have a great walk-in shower!
The window wells are large with great windows for natural light.
Heat and AC are controlled by the upstairs unit, however, the registered can easily be opened or closed to decide how much airflow you want and you can regulate the temp nicely that way. We have an oscillating fan as well if desired.
Each room has a luggage rack and we ask that you remove shoes before going down the stairs or into carpeted areas please use the luggage racks to keep the comforters clean.
This unit sleeps 6 adults comfortably but there is no large common gathering area, just the modest size kitchen area, and the hallway.

You will have the entire house in this listing. there are two kitchens (one on each level.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE -
We have an exterior security camera monitoring our property for peace of mind. It's always recording with motion activation and records audio as well.
HOUSE RULES -
Reminder: If you are traveling with a pet($25 fee per night), they are NOT ALLOWED ON CARPETED AREAS or on ANY FURNITURE. Your cleaning fee doesn't cover pet hair stuck in fibers of couches/rugs/carpets etc. When you depart, there should be no signs left that a pet was in the unit. There is a broom, and vacuum provided. The pet fee that is listed in our description is in place so that we can afford to have insurance that allows pets to come with our guests rather than paying for them to be boarded somewhere. This is not to cover additional cleanings etc. Please enter and exit with your pet on a leash to make sure it is able to be restrained if someone happens to be entering the other unit when you are exiting. Animals should never be left alone in the home, without being in a crate. Remember, you are accepting all financial responsibility for any damage that is a result of your pet and you agree to compensate your host, outside the VRBO platform, if anything damage occurs that VRBO would not otherwise cover (pet damages are not covered under host protection). 2) Occupancy limits: We do not allow more than 6 guests in or on the property at any time, this is a hard rule the violation of which will result in the removal of all guests from the property immediately without a refund. You may be charged for any guest who arrives with you at the extra guest rate on our listing regardless of whether their stay is overnight as well so please let us know if you will be having any other guests so we can send an alteration request or request for an additional guest fee. Just because it can sleep 6 doesn’t mean that all 6 are included in the base rate. There may be extra guest fees after X # of guests and they will be required to be added officially
3) This is a self-check-in property: You certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that are being provided by VRBO through the house manual or check-in guide. You are aware that we have outside security cameras to monitor guest count and also for the safety and protection of our property. They are motion activated. You can find our house manual and check-in guide here on the VRBO platform on our listing. You also agree that you will not contact your VRBO host BEFORE reading the house manual and the entire listing.
4) Fees: There is a $200 per day fee for every day of your booking if it is found that you have been smoking on the property. There is a $50 LATE CHECKOUT FEE if you are there longer than you have been authorized. You further agree to compensate the host/co-host in full for any financial loss that is suffered as a result of breaking the rules set forth. We have a $250 Animal fee which will be added through the resolution center.
5) Retaliation Clause: You agree that you are booking in goodwill with your host/co-host and that you will not attempt to damage your hosts business because you are unhappy with a ruling by VRBO or the host in the event that you experience anything that you perceive is dissatisfying during your stay or if a resolution is not decided in your favor. You also agree to cover all legal fees in the event that a court proceeding is needed.
6) Quiet Hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
7) By Booking a reservation you are hereby waiving all rights to pursue legal action against the owner or host for any injury or harm occurring during your stay, You understand and agree to accept liability in full. 8) you agree to clean up after yourselves and that our cleaning fee is not for heavy cleaning. You need to do your own dishes after use.
Alterations/Changes: Once you have confirmed your booking, any modifications to the dates or guest count may be treated as a cancellation and therefore be subject to the cancellation policy. The host retains the right to charge for lost dates you have removed with an alteration of at least a partial amount to the discretion of the host.
